SignUp and Spaces Integration: Add Event Room Layout and Equipment

This article will cover the integration of equipment and layout selection for an event.

SignUp and Spaces have multiple integration points.  Equipment and layouts can be selected for events that are using a room that is also utilized for reservations.

When adding an event if a space (room) is selected that has equipment and layouts associated with it, the Layout, Included Equipment, and/or Additional Equipment choices will appear in the Quick Add section.

The Layout and Equipment selections are also included in the Spaces Equipment setup report when SignUp events are included in the report.
