Spaces Time Specific Fees

This article will cover the Spaces Time Specific Fee feature.

Reservation fees/costs can be configured to be time specific.  Please note this is currently a back end setting can only be configured by our support team.  To request a cost be set as time specific please make a request via our contact page here: http://kb.demcosoftware.com/contact.php

A cost that is set to be time specific would be applied during the hours specified. The common application would be for an after hours type of fee that would apply to a room and/or equipment reservation that falls outside of the library's standard business hours.

When a cost/fee is designated as time specific the fee will be applied if the reservation's start or end occurs within that time range.
