Spaces Reservation Calendar View Print

This article will cover the various ways to print the reservation calendar views in Spaces for the staff side and public side views.

Staff Side Reservation Calendar View Print

The reservation calendar view can be printed or saved as a .pdf.  To print the calendar view from of the staff side, select the print button.  This will engage your browser's print function and you can print or save as a .pdf.  

Patron/Public Calendar View Print

The monthly reservation calendar view can be printed or saved as a .pdf.  To print the calendar view of the public/patron side, select the print button.  This will engage your browser's print function and you can print or save as a .pdf.

The weekly reservation calendar view can also be printed or saved as a .pdf.  To print the weekly calendar view on the public/patron side, select the print button. This will engage your browser's print function and you can print or save as a .pdf.
