Room System Templates control the messages that patrons see when performing various system tasks. They can be accessed from the System Configurations and Settings.
Patron Request

This is the message a patron sees when his or her request has been confirmed (not approved) by the system.
|
Patron Reservation
|
This is the message a patron sees when his or her request has been approved.
|
Staff Request Submitted
|
This is the message a staff member sees when their request is submitted.
|
These fields contain information between carrot marks, for example ^text^. These carrots allow the system to customize the text for each individual reservation. Changing the text between the carrots can eliminate the reference. References are listed along the right hand side. Do not use tags from other parts of the program. They will not work apart from the pages where they are listed.
