How to Perform a Patron Reservation Lookup

To look up a reservation by patron, use the Patron Reservation Lookup tool located on the Room Reservation Maintenance page.



You can perform a search using any of the following criteria:

Library Card Number
Search by the library card number
Confirmation Number
Search by the confirmation number given a the time the reservation was made
Contact Name
Search by contact name
Contact Phone Number
Search by contact phone number
Contact Email
Search by contact email address
Organization Search by contact organization
Show all names (check box)
Clear the search fields and check this box to run a lookup of all reservations ever made, or all reservations during a specific time frame.
Hide Archived on Contact info page (check box)
Does not display archived reservations for patrons
Reservation Timeframe
Select the date range to search

After you search, the results will appear at the bottom of the page. You can export them to CSV (Comma Separated Value-a common text format that can be opened with other programs), or you can chose to View/Edit the records of individual patrons.

Clicking View/Edit will open a Contact Information page

The Contact Information page allows you view and edit all the relevant data for the reservation contact. If you need to update or retrieve information simply input the data you wish to add or change and click save.

Below the Contact Information will be a list of all the reservations for that contact.

The list is sortable by header, and at the end of the row you'll see an option to View or Edit the reservation.

The View/Edit screen allows you to update contact information. It also allows you to manage individual reservations for that patron.

Underneath the Contact Information fields is a list of the reservations the patron has made. From there you can either View or Edit the information.

Viewing the information takes you to the information sheet for that particular request. You can Accept, Deny, Cancel or Archive the the request as well as update internal notes.

Clicking Edit takes you back to the Room Request Application. This page will allow you to make changes to a specific reservation, updating information as necessary.
