Because all of our software is web-based, it is important to make sure you are using a recommended browser. We support all major web browsers and listed below are the supported choices:
Chrome
Firefox
Safari
Internet Explorer 11 or Edge
If you are utilizing Internet Explorer to access our sites, you may inadvertently be accessing in compatibility mode and reverting to an older version of Internet Explorer (7 or 8). To remedy this, you will need to access the Developer Tools* and change your Document Mode** to access a higher version of Internet Explorer (Edge).
Also, if you are utilizing our software and have security settings enabled that block JavaScript, then the software will not work.
As our software is web-based, a stable high-speed connection will always result in the best performance when accessing your site. The faster the connection, the faster the application will perform.
*To access your Developer Tools in Internet Explorer press the function key "F12" on your keyboard
**To change your Document mode, select Emulation, then select "Edge" from the Document mode dropdown
