The Program List view will show you all created programs and can be split between the following:
See More is the program statistics and details.
Register Now is to register a patron for the program from the program ticket.
There are four other options to help with programs.
Copy will create an exact replica of a program, changing only its title by appending the word Copy to it. This allows you to recreate an existing program that can be updated for a new year or copied for a new age group. The copied program can be edited without altering the original in any way.
Delete is only active if there are no registrants assigned to a program. If you want to delete a program with registrants, you must first reset the program. See instructions below.
Note: You will lose all data associated with the patrons and logs if you hit the delete button. This cannot be restored. We recommend only using this to delete test patrons and test programs.
Reset is a great tool when you want test out your settings, then wipe the program clean for your actual launch. To reset a program, use the edit function to set the registration start date and program start date to a future dates and save. This allows you to wipe the registrants from the program, by clicking the Reset button. At that point, you can either begin with the same fresh settings or delete the program if you won’t be using it.
Example: if today's date is May 1st and you have been testing your program and you want to reset it for live use with patrons, set the registration start date to any day in the future, such as June 1st. Remember the Program Start date will also have to be set to the future. Then return to the Program list to reset the program, wiping the registrants from the program. Any registrant that only exists in that program will be deleted completely from the Wandoo Reader database and cannot be recovered. Registrants who have participated in other programs will still remain in the system.
Edit allows you to make changes to the program setup using the Add Program process.
