How to Run a Reservations Vs. Events Report

If you want to compare how often a room is being used for library created events versus patron driven reservations, run the Room Usage: Reservations Vs. Events Report. You can find this report on the Room Reservation Maintenance page.

Date Range	Select a date range up to 12 months long
Select Room	Choose the rooms to include
Display Type	HTML is a web page. Word is a popular word processing program. Excel is a spreadsheet
Action	Display the page or send it directly to print.

The report will show you how often the room is used for each purpose.
