Printing the SignUp Calendar

Many people have called/written in and wanted to know the best way to print off the SignUp Calendar.  We have outlined a simple way that best utilizes the printing feature in your browser to do this.  Please keep in mind that with each browser, there may be slight variations in the process.  Also, please consider that the more that the organization has on the calendar, the more difficult it will be to keep it on a single sheet of paper.

For Google Chrome:

-Click on the Customize and Control icon in the top right corner of your screen.

-Go To Print

-To the far left of the Print page, select Landscape for the Layout; Color (if desired) and Background graphics Under the More Settings drop-down menu.

-Hit Print

-Please see this link to help through the process:  http://screencast.com/t/Vqa30oIhOx

For Internet Explorer  11:

The process is similar to Google, but with some slight differences.

-Click on the "cog" icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen

-Select Print; Page Setup

-From this window, select Landscape and Print Background Colors and Images; hit OK

-Go back to "cog" icon, hit Print, select printer and hit Print again.

For Internet Explorer Edge:

-From the SignUp calendar page, click on the Print button within the calendar page or by utilizing the Edge menu (three dots in the top right hand corner of the screen)

-Select Print

-Again, in order to maximize the most amount of calendar for your print off, you'll want to choose Landscape for your orientation, and Color to show the different event types color bars.

-Select Print
