Emailing Multiple Recipients in Summer Reader

Question: How do I send an email to a filtered group of recipients in Summer Reader?

For example, if I want to email everyone from a certain school or everyone who is eligible for a certain prize, how do I do that?

Answer: There are two good ways to do it.

1. On the Staff Home Page
Use the advanced search tool to filter your results. You can also select a program first if you want to screen further. Then use the "Email" button to email all patrons currently listed.

2. Use the Custom Report
If email is enabled for a program, when setting up a custom report you'll see an option to enable the resulting patrons of the report to be emailed. After running the report in HTML format, you'll see the email button. All patrons returned by the report can be emailed with this button.
