How to Run a Custom Report

To run a Custom Report, choose the Reports option from any of the menu bars.

Custom Reports can be exported as HTML (webpages), Excel files or as CSV files. CSV stands for Comma Separated Value and is a standard way to export data that can later be used in a variety of different systems.

First choose a program status and program name.

A new page will open with a variety of options:



Naming a report allows you to save it for future use. You can load templates from previously saved reports.

Any of the following steps can be skipped if they are not applicable.
  • Choose a Registration Filter in order to isolate which type of participants you wish to select. Use this if you are looking for a particular patron.
  • Choose Logging filters. At what completion point do patrons receive this report.
  • Choose Reviews filters. Do you want certificates tied to reviews?
  • Choose General filters. Filter by goals or prizes.
  • Sort by Random Drawings.
Click Run Report.
