Bulk Publish Events in Events

You can access the Bulk Publish Button from the Add/Edit/Archive Page.

Publishing makes an Event entry viewable by the public. An event entry may be unpublished because it was entered by a user lacking the clearance to publish events to the calendar.

An administrator can quickly publish multiple events using the Bulk Publish Button. In the photo below, it is circled in red.




To Bulk Publish multiple events, press the button

A pop-up box should appear with multiple options.



First, select a date range during which you wish to publish events. You are choosing to publish events based on the date they occur between.

Second, decide whether or not to include on-going events. On-going events are Library-wide events that last multiple days and are largely for informational purposes.

Finally, click Publish Events. Events will then appear on the Calendar for Patrons to see.
