What each Field represents for Program Statistics Report

Group: Is actually based off your selection on the tab “Group”, which could be Location, School, Age, or Grade.

Registrants: Total number of Patrons who have Registered.  If you run it for more than one Program, it will count the Patron each time they are registered for a Program.  Example: Patron is registered for Program 1 and Program 3, and the report was ran for five Programs, it will count the Patron twice.  Another Example: If 15 Patrons are registered for Program 1 and the same 15 are also registered for Program 3, it will count them as 30 Patrons.

Logged Quantity: Quantity of Books, Pages or Minutes logged by a patron.  Best used for Pages and Minutes.  Example: 1100 Minutes for an entire Program.  Also, if you run a Statistic Report for more than one Program and they have different Logging Types, it will add them all together.  Example: Program 1 has 7000 Minutes logged and Program 2 has 400 Books logged, your total Logged Quantity would state 7400.

Log Method: The logging type of a Program (Books, Pages or Minutes). If you run a Statistic Report for more than one Program and they have different logging types, it will state ‘Multiple’ in this column.

Total Number of Logs: Total Number of Logs for all Patrons.  Example: If Patrons log 7000 Minutes for an entire Program, but their total number (count) of logs is 748.

Prizes Owed: How many Prizes are owed to Patrons.

Prizes Redeemed: How many Prizes the staff has redeemed to Patrons.

All Prizes Total: How many Prizes are owed to Patrons and Prizes the staff has redeemed to Patrons.

Total Challenges Completed: How many Challenges have been completed by Patrons.  So if you have one Challenge for a Program, and only three Patrons have completed the Challenge, the total would be 3.  If you have a Program with five Challenges, and one Patron completed one Challenge; another Patron completed three Challenges; and another Patron completed all five Challenges; the total would be 9.  If you have a multiple submissions Challenge, it will not count as completed unless the Patron has completed all submissions for that Challenge.

Total Challenge Submissions: How many Submissions every Patron has submitted.  If you have a Logging Quantity Challenge, it will count each log as an individual count. So if a Program has a Logging Quantity Challenge of 5 books, and a Patron has logged 3 books.  It will count that as 3 Submissions.

Finished Books: How many Finished Books Patrons have marked as Finished while logging.

Individual Prizes Owed (Single Program Only): How many Prizes are owed to Patrons for a specific Prize.  Each Prize will be listed as a separate column in the report, and the column header will show the Prize name.

Individual Prizes Redeemed (Single Program Only): How many Prizes the staff has redeemed to Patrons for a specific Prize.  Each Prize will be listed as a separate column in the report, and the column header will show the Prize Title.

Individual Prizes Total (Single Program Only): How many Prizes are owed to Patrons and Prizes the staff has redeemed to Patrons for a specific Prize.  Each Prize will be listed as a separate column in the report, and the column header will show the Prize Title.

Individual Challenges Completed (Single Program Only): How many Challenges have been completed by Patrons for a specific Challenge.  Each Challenge will be listed as a separate column in the report, and the column header will show the Challenge Title.

Individual Challenges Submissions (Single Program Only): How many Submissions every Patron has submitted for a specific Challenge.  Each Challenge will be listed as a separate column in the report, and the column header will show the Challenge Title.
