D!BS Admin Dashboard and Main Menu

Upon logging into D!BS, you will be at the D!BS dashboard.

The menu bar is on the top left.

• Today's Activity - currently, this will be a blank box for D!BS customers. In the future it will include D!BS reservations for the day.
• News Feed - this is an auto-updated feed that will show all activity from D!BS with a golden bar.
• From Demco Software - this box will have information from Demco Software. For example, version history notes after an update or quick links to training materials.
  
• Statistics - this area will show at a glance the number of Upcoming D!BS Today, D!BS Called Today, Cancellations Today with a golden bar.
  
  

D!BS main menu:

• Reserve Space - call D!BS for your patrons or students
• Reservation List - view the list of upcoming reservations 
• Find Patron - search for patron (student) reservations or account information
• Run Report - run pre-built reports, create custom reports
• System Settings - currently, this houses any space closings loaded prior to the introduction of Alternate Hours. This tab will be phased out in the future.
