Summer Reader 2013 Evanced Style Templates and Certificates


**The following video is for customers on version 10**



Important

If you are a CSLP or iRead member, please contact support for templates. For participants in state wide sponsored programs, their custom style templates will be automatically made available to them on their Summer Reader sites no later than April 1st, 2013.


Instructions for Downloading Stylesheets:

Step 1: Click one of the template links below
Step 2: Hit (Control + A) on your keyboard
Step 3: Right-click 'Copy'
Step 4: Login into the admin side of your Summer Reader site and click 'Maintenance'
Step 5: Click import under the programs column
Step 6: Right-click and paste the text into the Import Text box
Step 7: Click Import button

If You're Using Version 9 (click here to view screenshots)
Step 8: Go to Page Editor under the StyleSheets section
Step 9: Select a program and make sure Homepage is selected in the dropdown menu
Step 10: Click the load button and choose template from the Styles Source menu
Step 11: Select a template from the dropdown menu and make sure All Pages is selected
Step 12: Load the template to see a preview and save if you want to use the template on that program

If You're Using Version 10
Step 8: Go to Edit Programs and choose the program you want to apply the template to
Step 9: Click the visual setup button
Step 10: Choose a template from the dropdown (optional: add the URL of a different banner image)
Step 11: Save and view your homepage to take a look at the changes


Instructions for Downloading Certificates:

Step 1: Click one of the template links below (or simply use the certificate link you have then skip to Step3).
Step 2: Select the entire URL at the top of your browser, right-click and copy the URL
Step 3: Logon to the staff side of Summer Reader and click Maintenance
Step 4: Click Certificate Setup under the System Setup column
Step 5: Type in a name for the certificate
Step 6: Right-click and paste the URL of the certificate in the Certificate Path text box
Step 7: Test the URL
Step 8: Save
Step 9: Go to System Maintenance and Edit Program
Step 10: Choose the program and scroll down to Home Page Settings
Step 11: Change the 'Allow Patrons to Print Certificates' to YES
Step 12: Choose the new template from the 'Patron Certificate' dropdown
Step13: Select the right option for Certificate Eligibility in your program.
Step 14: Save
