Report of Organizations using our Room Reserve System

To pull a list of all of the organizations who ever booked a room in your library/libraries, please do the following.
  • Click on the Patron Reservation Look up link from the Room Maintenance homepage.
  • Place a space in the Organization field.
  • Place a check box for Show all names.
  • Hit Search
  • Export results to CSV.

This can also be filtered by date range.
